After plugging the grounding mat into a power outlet via the cord, it immediately becomes grounded. The mat acts like an extension cord, bringing Earth's energy indoors, allowing you to stay grounded while relaxing or working—just like walking barefoot outdoors.

How to Set Up Grounding Products
