Usage Location: Japan No real-name registration required Insert the data SIM card upon arrival at your destination and enable data roaming for automatic activation. If using a dual-SIM smartphone, please insert it into the SIM 1 slot. This card can connect to Facebook, YouTube, Line, etc., without network restrictions. Requires a phone with VoLTE support.

Validity: Valid for 5 days from activation (any partial day is counted as a full day, calculated according to Hong Kong time from 00:00 to 23:59).
Data Allowance: First 8GB at 5G/4G high-speed internet, then throttled to no less than 256kbps unlimited data

If the data SIM card cannot be used normally, please check and adjust your phone settings:

1. Check whether the signal reception at your current location is good.
2. Ensure that “Data Roaming” is enabled on your phone.
3. Set the APN to: mobile.three.com.hk (Phone Settings > Mobile Network > Access Point / APN) (if required).
4. Manually select the mobile data network operator (try each operator one by one and wait patiently).
5. If you still cannot access the internet, restart your phone.
