How to use

1. Apply thermal (hot) treatment after facial cleansing at night to open pores and promote facial blood circulation.
2. Upon waking up in the morning, apply cold treatment to eliminate water retention.
3. Vibration massage head to massage shoulders, arms and legs.

Note: After usage, do not wash with water. Store in a dry place.

Not suitable for use by people with the following conditions:
